Centralised boiler scheme

A centralised boiler scheme is the type of heating system typically found in an apartment block where there is a central boiler plant which serves heating and hot water to all the individual dwellings, rather than each flat or apartment having its own boiler. This type of heating system makes maintenance easier and improves efficiency, whilst avoiding the issues for boiler flues for high rise buildings and apartments.
