[Feet] Heel stamping kick.
Stamping kick, strike is made by stamping inwards (the kansetsu geri is similar but towards the outside).
Stamping kick. Usually applied to the knee, shin, or instep of an opponent.
A Karate stomping kick is used to target an opponent’s knee, thigh, foot or even body if the opponent has been knocked to the ground. An example of the Karate stomping kick – An attacker has grabbed a person in a bear hug and the person responds by stomping on the attacker’s foot.
