Glossary Narrative Terms in Fiction and Film / Term
The perspective or angle—moral, intellectual, emotional—from which the narrator presents the story. For example, a narrator may be very sympathetic or very indifferent to the fate of the characters.
To write or tell so as to appeal to a particular interest. To distort in writing or telling so as to express a particular bias.
