A strategy where the tennis player hits the ball just go over the net. It is used when the opponent is far from the net.

Just what it says: a shot that barely falls over the net. It can be hit on the forehand and backhand side, off a groundstroke or volley. Most effective when well-disguised and catch your opponent off guard.
