MIC and semiconductor products that have been given a standard Avantek reliability screening procedure based on selected elements of MIL-STD-750 (semiconductors) or MIL-STD-883 (MIC products). Since this qualification uses "standard" procedures, it is less expensive than full military qualification, yet provides a high assurance of reliability.
