Cavatelli

(rascatieddi, malloreddus, gnucchiteddi) Apulia's classic pasta, made of durum flour and water, is similar to the rascatieddi of Calabria, the saffron-tinted malloreddus of Sardinia, and the gnucchiteddi of Sicily.
