Crescionda

Eggs, amaretto cookies, milk, and unsweetened cocoa combine to make a luscious spoon dessert called crescionda. Typical of Umbria, crescionda has not traveled beyond its area of origin, and is little known in other regions of Italy. Recipes for it are hard to find.
